Trust here does not rely on stars or testimonials: every professional passed an institutional validation by PCT La Habana before publishing, every contract freezes its economic terms, and every money movement is posted into an immutable double-entry ledger. These are verifiable product facts, not marketing promises.

Validators from PCT La Habana. No profile or service is published without human review: the validator approves, rejects or requests changes, always with a written reason stored in an immutable audit trail. Also, no one can review their own file.

Signing up and keeping a profile is free. The intended model is based on a service fee on actually paid work, with public, versioned reference values.

Only a strict allowlist of professional data: public name, validated credentials, skills, experience and services. Your ID number (which is also stored only in an irreversibly hashed form), contact details, address, financial data, documents and employer are never published.

Both. The platform supports milestone contracts and hourly work with time tracking. The same guarantees apply in both cases: frozen contract terms, held funds reported by the payment provider and a fully itemized payout.

Reputation is bilateral and anti-retaliation: both parties rate blind and reviews are published simultaneously, so no one can adjust their score after reading yours. You have a public right of reply, and moderation is non-destructive: it can hide with a recorded reason, but it never erases the history.

Yes. Organization accounts let you invite members and assign roles, so your team manages projects and contracts together, with every action attributed to the person who performed it.

The initial focus is Latin America and Europe. Accounts with a U.S. or Canada nexus go through an additional compliance review before they can operate, given the regulatory complexity of those markets.

Digital contracts include scope, milestones and acceptance criteria agreed upfront, which are the basis for resolving disagreements. The platform includes a dispute module with direct negotiation, appointed mediation and a final decision distributing the held funds; no release is arbitrary and every decision is audited.

The platform covers the client exit for that case: you can close the contract when the professional disappears, and the distribution of the current milestone’s held funds is resolved through the audited circuit, without your money being blocked indefinitely.

Through a held-funds (conditional payment) scheme: the client pays upfront, an authorized payment provider holds the money, and it is only released when the client accepts the work against the contract criteria. Important: this mechanism is subject to regulatory authorization, it is not a legal escrow, and the platform never holds money.

Published values are reference values: a service fee around 10% and an estimated tax withholding, pending regulatory confirmation. Nothing is set in stone: economic rules are versioned, and each contract stores the exact version applied to it, with the breakdown always visible to the professional.

In the contract currency, preserved end to end: the amount agreed, held and released is always in the same currency, and the professional configures a payout method per currency. No surprise conversions along the way.

The only pending piece is activating the REAL payment mechanism, subject to regulatory authorization of the provider: until then, payments run in demonstration mode and no amount is bank money.
