A specific service —a logo, a website, a translation— is hired by milestones from the services catalog. This channel is different: here you hire the person and their working time, not a closed deliverable.
How it works
- You choose the professional
You search the directory of professionals available for dedication and review their experience, credentials and indicative rate.
- You agree the terms
Scope, duration, dedication and rate are set in a digital contract. The terms are frozen: they cannot be changed unilaterally.
- The work is recorded
The professional reports the time dedicated or the period’s deliverables, and you review them against what was agreed.
- The payment is released
The period’s funds remain held by an authorized payment provider and are released when you approve the work. In a disagreement, they stay protected until mediation.
The fund-holding and release mechanism is subject to the corresponding regulatory authorization; published fees and withholdings are reference values.
